Thank you for contacting World Subaru … we are excited to have the opportunity to assist you with the purchase or lease of your next vehicle!  We understand that you have many brands and retailers to choose from, and we appreciate your considering us. 


Because we believe that where you purchase is as important as what you purchase, we invite you to check out what our World customers have recently said about their experience: 




We are continuing to make adaptations and changes to our operations daily.  Here is a list of a few things you can expect from a visit to World Subaru:


·       An appointment-based sales process.  You are of course free to walk into the showroom at any time, but if we are being honest this whole "by appointment" thing has really grown on us.  When you call or email, we will work together to set a time that both fits YOUR schedule and allows us to regulate the amount of people in the dealership at a given time.  If we suggest an alternate visit time, know that it is out of respect for your time, convenience and comfort level.

·       Contactless Test Drives.  We have actually been doing this for years and will continue let our guests test drive any vehicle without one of our associates in the vehicle.  Take it on the highway, take it home, show your friends … we trust you!

·       The disinfecting of all interior and exterior door knobs and handles, showroom car doors, sales desks, service write up and waiting room areas, sinks and bathrooms throughout the day and overnight.

·       The sanitization of every sold and serviced automobile, including our loaner fleet.  This includes steering wheel covers, seat covers and a Lysol-based spray for your car and ours.

·       Plexiglass shields.  A 3ft shield will separate you from your sales consultant or service advisor, including a pass through at the bottom for you to execute documents. 

·       Socially distant seating.  We have removed all of the vehicles from the showroom and positioned workstations at least 6ft apart, in most cases farther.  It will look a bit different, but it's for your comfort and safety and we appreciate your understanding.
